What are your office hours and gate access hours?

Our office is open Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Sunday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. Gate access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can access your unit whenever you need to.

Do you offer climate-controlled storage?

Yes. We offer climate-controlled units in multiple sizes to protect your belongings from Florida's heat and humidity. Climate-controlled storage is recommended for wood furniture, electronics, documents, artwork, and other items sensitive to temperature and moisture.

What is the move-in special?

We currently offer the first month free and a 7-month rate lock. This gives you a full month of free storage and locks in your rate so you don't have to worry about price increases for 7 months. Contact us for details and current availability.

Do you offer RV and truck parking?

Yes. We offer secure RV, truck, and trailer parking in our fenced and gated lot with 24-hour access. Our facility can accommodate RVs, campers, travel trailers, and commercial trucks. Contact us for pricing and availability.

Are you a U-Haul dealer?

Yes. Jacksonville Self Storage is an official U-Haul neighborhood dealer. You can rent a moving truck on-site, load it up, and store your belongings in one trip. This is a unique advantage, most storage facilities in the area don't offer truck rental.

Is the facility secure?

Yes. Our facility is fully fenced and gated with controlled access codes. We have a resident manager on-site, the property is well-lit, and gate access is tracked. Your belongings are protected 24/7.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes, se habla Español. Our staff is bilingual and happy to assist you in Spanish or English.

What sizes of storage units do you offer?

We offer units ranging from 5x5 (closet-sized) to 10x30 (large), with both climate-controlled and drive-up options. Whether you need a small unit for a few boxes or a large unit for a whole household, we have the right space. Check our storage size guide for help choosing.

How do I pay my bill?

You can pay online through our secure payment portal, or in person at the office during business hours. Online bill pay is available 24/7 for your convenience.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No. Our storage agreements are month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to store for as long or as short as you need. No long-term contracts required.

What areas do you serve?

We're located on Lem Turner Rd in Jacksonville, FL and serve the entire Jacksonville area including Yulee, Orange Park, Baldwin, Lakeside, Nassau Village-Ratliff, and Callahan. We're easily accessible from I-95 and I-295.

Can I store a vehicle at your facility?
